Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy. Thank you for choosing Femanda's Landscaping, and ODD Jobs. We value your trust and aim to provide quality, reliable service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Scope of this Policy. This policy applies to all landscaping, kitchen organization, cleaning, and other odd job services booked directly with Femanda's Landscaping, Detailing and ODD Jobs.
2. Non-Refundable Services. Because our work is time- and labor-based, most completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been fully performed at your property, refunds are generally not issued.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Client cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time: No cancellation fee. Any prepayment may be applied to a future service or refunded upon request.
• Client cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: We may charge a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
• No-shows (we arrive and cannot access the property or client is unavailable): We may charge up to 100% of the quoted service price.
• If Femanda's Landscaping, Detailing and ODD Jobs must cancel or reschedule: We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment time. If you do not wish to reschedule, any prepayment for that appointment will be refunded.
4. Service Quality Concerns. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:
• Contact us within 48 hours of the completed service.
• Provide your name, service date, location, and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful).
We may, at our discretion:
• Return to your property to correct or complete the work, or
• Offer a partial refund or credit toward a future service.
5. Weather and SafetyOutdoor landscaping services may be affected by weather or safety conditions.
• If we must stop or postpone work due to unsafe weather or site conditions, we will reschedule the remaining work.
• If work cannot be completed at all, we will review the portion already performed and may issue a partial refund or credit for any unperformed portion of the service.
6. Deposits and Prepayments. For certain larger projects or recurring services, we may require a deposit or full prepayment.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
• If a project is canceled before work begins and before materials are purchased, we may refund all or part of the deposit, depending on the circumstances.
7. Refund Method and Timing. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking will apply to your service.
